Solarstone, head honcho of Pure Trance, joins forces with Tastexperience remixer, of Perception on Black Hole, Obie Fernandez for the epic and ethereal Evensong on Pure Progressive. And this one is ever so delicate and wonderful.
Combining Solarstone's epic vibe and Obe's soundscapes, Evensong was recorded in 2023 and has been a staple of many a Solarstone set but here it is in full. This is an absolutely wonderful track. If it was a time of day, it would be just as the sun is setting, as the title suggests, and you're sitting down with an orange juice watching dusk come in.
Nice use of pads and synths in this one. The beat is actually pretty refined and benign and allows you to drift off in melancholy and wonder.
